Can you help me choose the right size?
Our items have Italian sizes on the tags, but conversions and fitting indications are available on all product pages. If you need more help, our Customer Care can answer any questions on sizing and fit - simply click on the "Contact us" link you can find on all product pages.
I'm new to your website, how do I shop?
Our website pennyblack.com is available from all desktop and mobile devices. Shopping at pennyblack.com is easy: you can browse our catalogues by colour, size, material and style. For the items you wish to purchase, just choose colour and size and add them to the Cart. You can review and edit your choices at any time before checking out. Complete your purchase in two easy steps: enter your shipping address and proceed to payment. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal.
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
You do not need to create an account to shop at pennyblack.com. However, we do suggest registering as it offers you an easier shopping experience!

If you do not remember your password, you can change it thought the "Forgot your password?" link. We will send you an email with the simple instructions for choosing a new password.
Can I make any changes to my order before it is shipped?
If you wish to make any changes to your order, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible: once the order has been sent to our warehouse, it will no longer be possible to modify it. You can always request a return after the delivery of the order if you change your mind on one or more items. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been despatched, you will receive the Tracking Number for your parcel by email: you can use this reference to follow delivery on the UPS website. You will receive all the instructions in the shipping confirmation email. Registered users can also follow the progress of the delivery from My Account, in the "My Orders" section.
How can I contact Customer Services?
Customer Services can provide you with product information, assist you with orders and returns and answer questions on the general terms and conditions for online sales. The "Contact Us" link on all site pages leads to an email submission form and provides a freephone number that can be called Monday through Friday. If you decide to use another means of communication (such as email, or calls to standard telephone numbers), we will be unable to refund any costs you may incur.
